How it works
LauronFlow lives in the menu bar and never takes focus. It works inside whatever you're already typing in — Mail, Slack, a terminal, an address bar.
Anywhere, in any app. It's observed, not swallowed — your keystrokes still work normally.
A small floating widget shows a live waveform so you know it's actually listening.
The transcript is typed instantly into whatever has focus. Misheard something?

Built for how you actually work
Every setting lives in one Settings window — General, Vocabulary, Shortcuts, License.
Teach it the names and jargon it keeps mishearing — a find/replace list applied before anything is typed, scoped to all apps or just one.
Change the record and undo shortcuts from Settings → Shortcuts, and pick Hold or Toggle recording mode. No restart needed.
One keystroke removes the last thing LauronFlow typed, restoring your original clipboard after.
Your last 20 dictations live in the menu bar, each with a timestamp, the app it was typed into, and a one-click copy button.
A floating indicator confirms you're being heard while recording — exclude it from specific apps, or turn it off everywhere.
One toggle, backed by SMAppService — it's ready before you are.
NVIDIA's Parakeet TDT model runs locally via Apple's MLX — loaded once, reused for every utterance.

Get started
brew install uv ffmpeg
LauronFlow is signed with a personal certificate, not an Apple Developer ID, so first launch
needs one Gatekeeper bypass (xattr -cr or right‑click → Open).
After that it runs exactly like any other menu-bar app.
